I just did a RDU - MIA - CUN trip in First and Business. On the return MIA - RDU we had towel service and a snack of hummus or cheese plate. On the others there was a snack basket, no towel service. Any idea why it was inconsistent? In general it was better than service on United, where I usually fly.
