Yes, it's strange. This seems to appear sometimes due to schedule changes or even for no reason. I had a similar thing recently. One annoying thing I found was that one could not request an upgrade (if applicable) until the file was cleaned up (the PNR was not recognized by the eupgrade system). Call in and ask the agent to clean it up. You should get an email with a new confirmation showing everything as normal.
