Can't recommend this enough...we did this from our rural area in NH/VT to NYC when we needed to get about 10 people to a conference. It worked out to be cheaper per person than flying, and has the added benefit of going exactly where you want. Cost obviously depends on what you define as "luxury" and how many people you need to get there in the end, but it is certainly not unreasonable.
