I used to work for a small company that rented one to transport 15 of us from MSP airport to the company all-hands weekend 2 hours outside of town. Seating was a mixture of couches, captain's chairs, etc, and it had a bathroom and a fridge.

It was a great way to travel, and a good environment to begin informal team building.
