Don't know about Thomas Cook,,, But Cooktravel.net has been around for years that they don't trade in frequent flyer points.

They may not have the lowest prices, but they are reliable and much cheaper than airline rate.

They deal in upgrades, net fares and consolidator fares, where you can earn and keep FF points.
