Couldn't agree more and currently in the process of switching from AA to DL.

In my opinion -- and I should preface, that I don't use miles for tickets/upgrades -- AAdvantage is now every bit as devalued as SkyMiles. Moreover, the last 12 months at AA have demonstrated that it has no intention of doing anything even slightly "better" than UA/DL with respect to soft product, Admirals Clubs, inflight tech, customer service, etc., so on the whole, I believe Delta remains far superior.

Again, though, really depends on what product/value floats your boat.
