I really wouldn't say "save" 30-45. Novotel Airport may "save" 20. The taxi ride from LMS shouldn't be more than 30 max more like 20-25.

Personally, i'd avoid the double taxi airport transfer and book in Suk or wherever you'll wind up following your meetings. Time spent expressway at 5:30am is time well spent.

And yes, I'd do a hotel car not a taxi as it seems you can write it off.
