Extending more than 2 GPUs due medical reasons?
Just wondering if you have any ideas on extending my Global Premier Upgrades in the United Mileage Plus Program... I suffered a heart attack in Feb 2015 and was forced to curtail my travel... Requested UNITED Mileage Plus for an extension of 8 Global Premier Upgrades for 1 year and all they could offer me was to extend 2 upgrades for 120 days Very disappointed with the United Mileage Plus folks.. Seriously thinking of switching to a different airline program...
