Applied for 2 Biz cards in October. Got 25K on 1 but 20K on another.

Called to inquire about the missing 5 K (Not supposed to get but worth trying, right?). Last month they said wait another month.

Today, first rep insisted that the call should be transferred to Aeroplan.

Called again. Second rep said couldn't find the 25K offer for October. I played dumb and said it's on the website. She just kept repeating that. I then said forget about it, cancel the card. She had the nerve to ask, " So you get the card just for the bonus points?" LOL.

So I say poor service from CIBC!
