Liked The Place In Off Season
Think beach hotel not resort. Maybe not perfect but really good. Well, breakfast was pretty average even for an HP.
On a very good stretch of walking beach. Better than average HP room with a real bath. Expanded breakfast area that functioned like a real old-fashioned hotel lobby the rest of the day.
Parking was a bit odd and would be a problem if the hotel was full (but I would not go near sold-out anyplace anyway). Rather than being under the hotel like many beach places, it was all around the hotel. Get there too late and you are across the street in the overflow. Behind a store. As it was people beeping their cars locked shut at midnight was kind of a pain for a light sleeper.
