A3 has some pretty cheap Greek to Turkey options, doing 5 return flights so around 10 hours in the air would qualify you as gold.
For example, it is 150 euros for a ATH-IST-ATH on a flex fare on A3 (earning 100%) -> 10k miles -> 1.5 cpm (in EuroCents)
