If you're worried about your KTN, just enter it again. I've never had issues.
Bumping this one to report that I found I hadn't realized at first that there was an extra step to get at the actual boarding pass(es); TSA Pre-Check was, indeed, there, but not as prominently as AS mobile passes (smaller font in upper right corner).
As a data point, Delta has my middle initial as part of the secure flight info transmitted. So, unless this was a case of "managed inclusion" over-riding a KTN, that field really shouldn't matter.
