Try Duesseldorf DUS or other locations (no F on DUS route). So at least the long haul is in business. DUS AMS you can take a short flight with KLM or even the train (I just did that 2 years ago), even in first class so it's quite nice and not expensive, train is more comfortable than plane but of course you have to lug your luggage around a bit more.
