Pretty much every charity has fundraising expenses. I've seen big, reputable ones and fly-by-night ones both. Hard to see a big red flag just because of where they putt their fund-raising money, but in any event I've been happy when it turns into miles for me. Some of the cpm have been very low (around 0.6 cpm).
