The IC3 train CPH-HAM has one outlet for each group of 4 seats, located just above your head, actually in the "ceiling" under the overhead rack. It's 220V and can be used for everything such as laptops, recharging mobile phones, discmans or whatever.

I don't remember about the German ICE, though.
