YVR-HKG on CX - 72k
YVR-NRT-HKG on JL/CX or JL/JL - 72k

YVR-NRT on JL - 54k
YVR-HKG-NRT on CX/JL or CX/CX - 108k

And note that you cannot redeem PEY on JL segments.
