I experienced PE between MXP and JFK last year but not impressed at all. Food was exactly the same than in Economy. Only seating was better. But nothing so xclusive or special as they would like to sell.
That's why they are loosing even on such route, especially vs Emirates.
After 20 years flying with AZ (but now definitely switched to AF and LH), I'm guessing if they have definitely lost their head.
