My advice, make sure you deal with a reputable broker. The seller is taking the risk of having their account shut down, not you.
I know of people who have booked/bought tix this way and have showed up at at the airport and denied boarding. There are many fraud brokers out there and they do get shut down. I know of SE that was doing this and had his points stripped he hired a lawyer and eventually won but it cost him a pretty penny.
