Currently: AC is great to it's pax, provides vouchers, great hotels, etc. It's taken care of for the pax and all is happy.
In the future if this guy keeps pushing the issues: AC does nothing for pax, tells them to find their own place, while stranded, and submit for reimbursement which may take 6 months with many follow-ups.
Heh - it's possible. It's also possible that, like IDB, there will be clear rules. One of the issues here is that this $100 policy apparently isn't in the Tarriff.
AC doing a good job for even 95% of its pax does not justify mistreating the rest - even if it's only 5%.
