I always get a voucher and AC has always been great. Please please PLEASE don't listen to this guy and do this. I can already see the end result.

Currently: AC is great to it's pax, provides vouchers, great hotels, etc. It's taken care of for the pax and all is happy.

In the future if this guy keeps pushing the issues: AC does nothing for pax, tells them to find their own place, while stranded, and submit for reimbursement which may take 6 months with many follow-ups.
