It is very likely that you can get seats there or at the others I mentioned in that other thread, but as always it depends on availablility. Hotel concierge can book Shin for you if he has availability.
Rough cost is ¥20,000~¥30,000 per person, depending on how much you eat and drink. The regular omakase with nigiri only, and a bit of alcohol would be closer to ¥20,000. If also ordering more, such as grilled fish, sashimi, etc.. and indulging in a lot of his wonderful kokuryu nihonshu, then closer to ¥30,000. A bargain at today's JPY exchange rates, I think.
What's the best way to get there - is it near a metro station? Didn't look like it on the map. Will try and book through the Conrad.
