Hello,
three or four month ago I redeemed miles for two CUN-DUS tickets in C and I reserved seats in row 4, as it was the only one, where 2 seats next to each other were available. Both these seats were indicated in checkmytrip as confirmed. However, couple of days ago I checked CMT and found out that our seats became "unconfirmed". I called AB and they confirmed that our seats were changed and that we got 2 seats in row 5, G and K, if I remember correctly, so the ones close to the toilettes. I don't need to add how disappointed I was with such news.
Now, to the point. I asked, if it was possible to change these seats and fortunately the answer was positive, so now we have 2A and 3C. My question is, if such seats really exist? According to seatguru there's only 2C and 3A and the same situation is on AB's website (
https://www.airberlin.com/de-CA/site...200_1&LANG=deu). However, according to expertflyer, both seats exist.
Do you know, why there's such duality? Has anyone of you flown in 2A or 3C?
Best regards, Bartek
