I don't know the exact time when they switch and neither whether this is true for all A3 flights, but on the FCO-ATH flight that leaves at 11 am you always get lunch.
Same for MXP-ATH which leaves at 10:50. Boarding, take-off and reaching cruising altitude takes quite a while, so by the time they serve the meal it's midday (for the flights that are scheduled ~11 am).
