The screen quality and aspect ratio, as well as all the movies saying they were "edited for" that screen, seemed extremely out of date on the older 767s I flew on LAX-(LIM)-EZE and back last month.
Premium Business IFE screens are the same size and aspect ratio on all three versions: 787, retrofit 767 (same as 787) and non-retrofit 767. IIRC, all are 15 or 17 inch screens of the same shape.
Sadly, the "edited to fit screen" is sometimes not because of the screen but because of the format that the content comes in. Mostly, older content has not been remastered so LAN's IFE content provider (can't remember who they are, but they are based in Europe) must reformat the 4:3 content so it doesn't distort on a widescreen. If you notice, newer releases are not edited to fit screen, just for content (which is an entirely different story)
