Agreed, was meant to, but the project I was working on just kept getting pushed out, I was surprised we travelled at all in the end!

So, in the end whilst the CSR sent the details to the back office I'm still at Bronze, so I've just sent an email to BA asking for this to process again, let's see what happens this time around...
