I don't remember the name (which is a shame since I was there just 24 hours ago) but there's no way you are going to miss it. It is right across the hall from gate 19 and it's quite big.
Once you are there, go all the way in to the back. There's a separate area behind a glass wall, with a view to the rear platform and gates. that's your spot.

If for some reason you don't find it, as anyone from the airport staff where the restaurant with the smoking area is and they'll point you in the right direction. If you need to ask in spanish, just say "donde está el restaurant donde se puede fumar?" and you'll be on your way

I've been there many times and have not seen anyone with pipes. I have, however, seen many people smoking cigars and nobody complained. There's no signs banning pipes either.
