What dual carriageways??? You don't go anywhere near any dual carriageways to get to Takeley. You leave the airport at the roundabout by the terminal building. It's all country lanes from there.

Additional information (added later) - the easiest way to get to Parsonage Road is to go down to the short-term car park... turn right... walk all the way to the end of the car park, then walk along the road to the roundabout (and that little bit of road is, in fact, a dual carriageway - so what I said before wasn't entirely correct). You should already see the big roundabout at that point - it's only a couple of hundred yards away. Turn left at the roundabout to leave the airport site. There is a mini roundabout 100 yards further along, take the second exit. You are now in Parsonage Road which takes you straight to Takeley.
