From talking with their customer rep, they policy is to let members buy 10% of miles expired, and they are willing to restore your account.

For me I lost 70k miles(Expired), if I were to buy 7k miles at current price, they would restore my expired miles, in total I would have 77K miles after that.

Not sure if its something I would like to do considering that they are not that valuable.
