FYI, we at FlyerTalk would really appreciate something like "Thanks for the heads up. Will bring this up with management in order to make sure our staff are 100% familiar with the rules and T&C and do not repeat the same thing to guests in the future." in your response. Having three staff, one CSR and two supervisors, tell a member incorrect facts
on a single phonecall, we can see that this really needs attention.
Oh, and something along the lines of "We will look into why members are not receiving points for both rooms when they are both on the same folio at checkout." would be nice as well.
