So I just got the card. I was an existing member of the Admirals Club (bought the membership in Nov, 2015). Has anyone that was already a member of the club had a problem getting a pro-rated refund of their club membership? Also does anyone have any experiences with $5000 Change fee/ Cancellation Benefit? What is the easiest way to invoke it? I just added my wife as a authorized user. It looks like people are having success as a Secondary getting into the Admirals Club. Has anyone been blocked and have to plead their case? Also do you get an Admirals Club membership card like a regular membership?
