How / where do you book turnaround / back-to-back itineraries?
[This must have been asked before, but I can't see it... ]

I can see flights to / from GLA, EDI, etc that have the 40min turnaround for a back-to-back. I can't seem to get BA, AA, etc to let me book these. Is there an online way to do it, or will BA call centre, Flight Centre on the high street, etc be able to do so?
