I only see loads other than by ACH or DD must be made in Cash in their network. I do not see the Reload it angle, but The Green Dot's in your link are cash.
This card does have a lot of incidental fees.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, I am also looking for the next big thing!! I am in withdrawal and kind of stuck with a bunch on $200 AGC's
