I just purchased a passport cover (a clear plastic one) after previously using a small ziploc bag. I did take note that inserting the passport fully into both sleeves of the cover requires uncomfortably bending the passport backward, so I insert only the front cover into the sleeve. It fits snugly, yet it's quick and easy to insert and remove as necessary.
