MH - Can we Upgrade seat using miles to J at airport counter?
I normally call MH call center to redeem upgrade with miles.
This is ex-KUL flight,
Would like to know if we can upgrade at airport MH ticketing counter or check in counter?

Side note, i check expert flyer, the business upgrade fare class "I" has zero availability now, but seat map shown only 7/35 business seat taken. Still possible to redeem upgrade?
