I love the hot towel service, I can wipe down the tray table, arm rest, IFE controls and seat belt buckle and know that they are all just a little bit cleaner.
I would rather bring wipes than use a towel I just wiped on my face. You do realize that a hot towel doesn't disinfect anything, right?
