Let's have a look at a few facts.

LGW is BA's second most significant airport and a home hub.

BA had a large lounge complex spread over two floors with separate F and Terraces lounges until recently,

BA is LGW's second biggest customer and could easily be its largest customer again.

LGW have a contractual relationship with BA to provide lounge space in a particular area.

LGW's management want BA to forgo ghat lounge space in breach of their contract.

LGW therefore have to provide BA with a deal that they will accept to permit their breach of contract.

A lounge complex in the south terminal offering commensurate facilities and temporary arrangements offering the same level of service, would have been
