Yes I think so too.
The suites with the double doors on high floors with mini kitchen and fully stocked bar,8 seat dining table are indeed the Premier suites.
I think the Exec suite and the Grand exec suites are a matter of lower floor vs high floor with not much difference in actual size.
Or perhaps facing Radjadamri vs the the back side with a view of the Renaissance.
I cannot believe for 1000bht +DSU one could upgrade to the Premier suites.
I was lucky once to get the Premier suite when using a DSU, but that was luck as the hotel was sold out last year during Chinese NY.
Would never happen again.
