Hi everyone,

I have just booked an economy (B) class fare on a BA codeshare operated by JL through a TA and ticketed by BA.

SYD - HND - LHR - HND // NRT - SYD

SYD - HND (QF)
HND - LHR - HND (BA codeshare on JL)
NRT - SYD (JL)

TA has pre-assigned the seats for me and I have no problems viewing/changing my seat for the QF-leg on QF MMB. However, I cannot view/change the seat map for BA codeshare as well as the JL-leg.

I have tried the BA MMB as well without any success. All I could see was my seat number but no options to view/change the seat map.

Additionally, my pre-assigned seat number for JL (NRT-SYD) is not shown/blank although it is on my e-ticket itinerary from BA on TripCase.

Any ideas on how I can view/change the seat map for both the BA codeshare and JL-leg? Do I need to ring BA? I am a OWE with QF if it helps.

Last but not least, the BA MMB kept on reminding me that the phone/mobile number that I have on the booking is incorrect and that they will not be able to contact me. I have selected the country code at (61) for Australia and entered my mobile number with and without a 0 and still ended up with the same result.
