You're assuming the message was delivered to your inbox. If it was tagged as {SPAM?}, you won't get an alert and you'll have to check your spam folder.
Delta told me that the gift card was consumed, or used, on 12/25. Delta had E mailed me on 12/24 saying to expect the card within 72 hours. I simply never got the card yet, there records show that it was 'sent' to my e mail address on file.
