Nope - the call center agent wouldn't book me as I did not have a UK visa. I was connecting to USA

but eventually the flight took off the next day (after 30 hrs) and missed my rebooked connections, got booked the third day and got in to UK on a transit visa.


I wish the call center agent was more co-operative.
