Hi all, is anyone having issues with this website?

I recently created an account and now when I try to log in it is saying my username/password is incorrect. Going through to forgot password and it will either same my birthdate or secret question is incorrect.
I've sent an email to them because I don't want to make an international phone call, but no reply.

Tried creating a new account and as soon as I created a new one, I logged out and logged back in to test, and it also says my UN/PW is wrong again!
