Biggest letdown was immigration, about 15 minutes in the ABTC queue (normal was a lot longer), then a fair wait for bags (6 week trip and I don't have my Tokyo apartment any more) then a wait for customs. That was certainly the worst I've had but my best run through Haneda would be about the same as pretty much my worst run through Narita.
