Woke up to my status changed to GS, but no email. 1K for last 10 yrs.

PQM: 215K (~80% UA, 20% SQ and LH)
PQS: 100
PQD: $70K

Not all that impressed with phone support so far though, was on hold 3 minutes this morning and 5 minutes tonight waiting for a GS rep on the phone. I also think I had regular or 1K reps both times.

Curious, is this the typical early morning or evening GS phone support?
