My husband and I are traveling to Turkey in a few months. I submitted his name for airline booking EXACTLY as it is on his passport, as required, but the suffix is showing up differently on every ticket. We are on several different airlines and the name on his tickets are inconsistent:

Examples
Last name on Passport: Smith III
Airline 1: SmithIII
Airline 2&3: Smithiii

This might seem minor, but I don't want to risk a delay or worse. Should I be concerned? If so, how do I remedy this?
