IAH-DEN they brought the hot towel with the cookies so we could warm up the cookies.

I do enjoy the hot towel when it is done with consistency. Sometimes I have had to rush to make my flight and have perspired. It would be nice to get the hot towel before takeoff, but I can usually get some napkins to wipe my face. I do enjoy the refreshing and to clean my hands before eating, without having to visit the restroom to do so.
