suppose that asking some other person entering the lounge alone to welcome a guest would work in a similar way, let the 3 people in the same lounge and being less against the rules than entering in 2 lounges with different people.
it would be anyway some kind of violation, but may be more elegant and effective

of course it is not for sure that some other passenger would accept to welcome an unknown person just as a favor...

...still avoiding tricks would be better to keep lounges less crowded and keep FFPs more exciting.
