Well, there are exceptions; otherwise, no one would ever hear back from a supervisor or executive office.

AT&T allows Citi to set the credit policy for these cards. AT&T will continue to partner with Citi even if some customers switch to other carriers because they cannot get Citi to reimburse the cost of a new phone.
Probably, but it's not clear that AT&T even knows about this.

We've all heard about Chase's so-called 5/24 policy. Does anyone think Chase's co-brand partners would just shrug if Chase started enforcing that policy not just for Chase's flagship cards but for all cards issued by Chase? I certainly don't. Now, there's a big difference between 24 months and 65 days, but the underlying principle is the same.
