How long does it take to correct TP and Avios manually? I bought upgrade for outbound and inbound flights 24h before the flights and they didn't credit correctly which I was expecting. Ticket bought on AA, flown on AA, credited to BA.
When I contacted BA online, I had to play ping pong with CS who didn't even check my account and sent me reply to claim them via online form which is impossible when they post incorrectly.
So sent them boarding passes a week ago and was told it will be passed to exec club. Nothing happened since then.
