These pilots are on average younger than non-jump long-haul pilots and get less money, simple as that. Less experience (could be a disadvantage) but younger (and thus less heart-attack-prone, could be an advantage). Nothing to be worried about, I think.

As has already been mentioned, these planes are sent to "leisure" heavy destinations and do not have an F cabin and fewer C seats, which does not affect you if you fly economy.
