My husband and I flew EDI/LGW/TPA on 27th December. Neither the tier points or avios have credited to either account. As I never received an eticket receipt for this flight when booking I'm reluctant to leave it much longer before following up. Using check my trip (as recommended by FT users) I have located the ticket numbers for both of us however the BA website will not recognise them so I called. I have now called three times and on each occasion the person I spoke to has insisted the eticket does not exist and has terminated the call saying they cannot help me.
The flight is showing as flown on "manage my booking" as we still have the return leg to fly next week however I am concerned that once we fly the return leg all records will be deleted and I will have no proof.
Does anyone know of an email address I can send this query to as I'm getting nowhere with the phone calls and the online form isn't an option.

*****My suggestion would be to call up and have the agent search by flight details and last name.
The search would need to be done for the return flight that you still have to take but the outbound would be under the same ref and would allow the agent to check the ticket number for the outbound.
Its an easy enough search for any agent.
